Carlito Released - Wazo - 21-05-2010 22:20 WWE Superstar Carlito (Carlos Colon) has been released from his World Wrestling Entertainment contract as of today May 21, 2010. Carlito’s termination was due to his first violation of the WWE Wellness Program and his subsequent refusal to attend a rehabilitation facility. Good Move by the WWE if he is refusing to go to Rehab then he is a fool an the WWE is better off without him. Hadnt done much in the E for while now anyhow cant see Primo lasting much longer either. RE: Carlito Released - Warwick Hunt - 21-05-2010 22:29 I'm surprised he wasn't released sooner, bit of a shock that it came after a wellness violation though. What also confuses me is that this appears to be his first violation. As I understood WWE's wellness policy, it's only after the second strike that WWE asks talent to go to rehab. Unless this was something really serious. RE: Carlito Released - rocksaviour - 22-05-2010 00:01 I always thought he was alright and a good character to have onscreen. There were times when I'm sure if his behaviour was better he may of got a push to hold the ECW title or something and it was a shame that after his split with his brother, neither of them went anywhere and then put them together and this happens (Not watched as much recently, just saw them double team someone). RE: Carlito Released - Chucknorris - 22-05-2010 01:01 That's Primo screwed. RE: Carlito Released - Josh187 - 22-05-2010 15:03 I wasn't expecting this but i guess he won't be missed, he hasn't done much for years in the WWE, he was just another wasted talent i guess. I liked him when he debuted and won the U.S Title from John Cena in his first match, i thought he might have some future in the WWE because of that, but that wasn't really the case. He had good charisma and played the Heel role well, but he didn't really offer much else, he only had a few moves and didn't really have the build of a successful Wrestler, he was only 5-9, 5-10 i think, Vince only tends to push the big Wrestlers. RE: Carlito Released - Regenerated - 23-05-2010 08:43 Not surprised really, was never a fan of his and he's not been in any storylines for ages. Won't really be missed in my opinion. |
