i think somebody is taking the piss lol. i was talking to ella on msn for 5 mins and then all of a sudden the chat went dead and i was trying to contact her back and a message came up telling me to top up my phone to ocntinue the chat. if they think im paying to chat on msn then there having a laugh talk about rinsing the customers.

yeh sorry they do have terms and conditions but still not 100% clear to customers that they have to pay >
