Is Clipser down? I use Firefox and everytime i try to go to the site it takes to long to respond so Firefox stops trying. I haven't seen any outrage about it, i googled it. So does anyone know or is it even down?

Clipser has been down for over 2 weeks as far as I know. They had some problems with copyright violations but have said they will be back soon.
