On the website its says it's 65p a minute, but is there a connection charge too? If it is the long number, then YES there is a connection charge, about 25p to 35p per min, Short mobile number, then NO connection charge. RE: Call Charges? - TheUsualSuspect - 11-07-2010 10:49 Much Appreciated RE: Call Charges? - TheUsualSuspect - 11-07-2010 11:40 So would I be right in saying that it would probably be cheaper to call from my mobile? Probably Unless you were calling from a BT landline phone But each channel seems to have a slightly different cost of calls. RE: Call Charges? - docutech - 26-12-2010 22:09 Did I see £1.50 a minute on party / cream / honey today and not 35p - 60p ??? Yep £1.50 a minute on Fone Girls / cream / honey etc .....thats about a 400% increase in some cases !! bit of a pig for guys who spend a lot of time ringing these channels but there again the rest of us pay £1.50 a minute....Just hope the conversations go up a level in stimulation to make up for it. To me that suggests these channels are losing money and desperate to bring in the dosh ...maybe watch this space. RE: Call Charges? - simplymarko - 27-12-2010 20:08 well there are alot more girls on their books now than 6 months ago so they have to pay for them somehow, I would also imagine some of their newer signings can command a higher pay cheque than some of the girls they have had for a while. Agreed I think a lot of guys will drop off the radar now its going to be much better for the girls I would think. Interesting to see how it pans out, like said I never expected too much verbally at 35p where it didn't seem right, but at £1.50 I think we deserve a bit more for our money he he RE: Call Charges? - simplymarko - 28-12-2010 11:54 i always remember listening in to some old guy furiously arguing the economies of scale with sammie dee regarding 35p calls vs £1.50 calls and she seemed very interested i also recall someone calling up one of the girls about taking the cat to the vets.....(i can assure you this was not a pussy innuendo, i dont think the caller would have known what one was) If these are the sort of callers they attract at 35p. i think upscaling the price is a wise move |
