Dude, you don't do anything on the 'name your price page', just ignore it. After downloading the product, install it and another tab will ask you to send them your e-mail and they will send you the key to your inbox.

I've got a fair amount of ashampoo software on mine this sounds like the ashampoo toolbar - I've always unchecked install the ashampoo toolbar when i've installed their stuff, it appears at the same time as the create desktop icon/shortcut in most cases or you might be able to remove it in options.
