I can't seem to change my avatar. When I upload a new picture it does not change the current one.

I always remove my old one.
Then I log off and then load a new one.
This works for me
It can take a while for the system to load it. (minutes)

It's got to be the correct size m8 110x110 pixels.Your pic might be too big.

Sometimes the pictures take a little bit longer to be loaded into the system, I suppose if they're a little larger, it takes a little longer for them to find their way through. Whenever I change mine, I remove the previous one, then upload the new one. It usually comes through within a couple of hours, depending on the size.

I changed my avatar a few days ago, and although the new one is showing up in my posts, it's my old one that appears on my control panel - like when sending instant messages, for instance.

Clear your browser cache, history, cookies etc, that should solve the problem.
