I was thinking of Twisted sister-' We're not gonna take it' or 'Won't Get Fooled Again' by The Who. but if Heroes it is to be count me in.Post the details when ready and I'll be there, just gotta stop this Grinch from stealing Xmas again.

One problem though, after last years humiliation can't see Cowell allowing it to happen again.I imagine the full weight of the Cowell corperate machine and all his millions to be thrown behind his campaign.Last year he was too cocky to take the Rage campaign seriously but he won't make that mistake again, expect to see all his little helpers downloading furiously.I believe there are even plans to release Cowells Karaoke Christmas single earlier this year to get a full weeks sales in

It seems the Heroes single is NOT the Cowell Xmas single but a charity stunt for November

No heroes isn't the christmas single. As you say Brummie it's going to take a lot to stop the Cowell machine this year whatever is going to be put up against it will have to have some 'mass' appeal. This is Cowell bandwagon jumping to get a knighthood - unfortunately part of the bandwagon is the one true music genius Britain has produced and the fans that go with him who aren't exactly x factor followers. It was bad enough that jedward covered 'Under Pressure' but at least you could accept that Freddie Mercury would have taken the piss out of it at some point.
