The channels don't announce their shift rosters as if they did that and your favourite wasn't on, you simply wouldn't tune in. Having said that, some of the girls post when they'll be on on the forum and it doesn't take a genius to work out that Lucy Zara, for instance, is more likely to be on Mon & Weds and Dannii Harwood on Weds night with her.
So you'll have to keep watching - which is exactly what the channel wants you to do!
