Leslie Nielsen R.I.P - *Kal-El* - 29-11-2010 06:21

The Actor Leslie Nielsen has died at the age of 84, he died from complications from pneumonia at a hospital near his home. For me he will be remembered for his role in Airplane and the naked Gun Films (February 11, 1926 – November 28, 2010).

Yep, great comic actor.

Nielsen and Priscilla Presley were a great comedy due. I remember she won a lot of plaudits for her performance and was generous enough to give Leslie Nielsen much of the credit.

Nice to see him remembered so fondly - on all the BBC News bulletins today.

A great comic actor in his latter years but remember he was in the classic 50's sci-fi 'Forbidden Planet' featuring Robbie the Robot. His role as the doctor in Airplane is simply genius...and it's on Sky Movies now. Big LaughBig LaughBig LaughBig LaughBig LaughBig LaughBig Laugh
