Good news. Smile
The latest Ofcom bulletin about complaints has just been published today.

http://www.ofcom.org.uk/tv/obb/prog_cb/

There is no mention at all of any complaints about Smile TV, PartyGirls etc. which there might have been after all the topless stuff started.

I think it takes between 6 and 12 months for complaints to get published in the Ofcom bulletins, so I don't think the non-appearance of any complaints at this stage is anything significant.

No it doesn't.
One of the programs complained about in the new bulletin was from less than 2 months ago.

OK point taken.

On the other hand I see one of the complaints there is dated April 2008, so sometimes it obviously does take a fair time before they get published.

There should not be any complaints, now and again you get a flash before 10,but at the end of the day its after the watershed. At the end of the day it will be your goody two shoes watch dogs who complain, cause the've nothing better to do.Can you imagine if they were in control of the net, they would have a field day lol
