are they important to you. wor lass got me a set of logitech G930's as i tend to play a lot of FPS, but she doesn't wanna hear it while she watches her soaps. a little extreme i thought considering the hefty price tag, her rational was that i had already spent over 100 pounds on wired headsets last year and broke them all. so she got me a nice set of wireless 1s.
personally i would have been happy with a cheap set of philips 1s, but she thinks because they cost more they should sound better.
so what do you guys think. is it worth the extra to have good quality sound, does it really make a difference to your gaming.
or would you rather just buy a cheap bluetooth headset and bug the shit outta every 1 in earshot.

Me personally I couldn't care as I tend not to wear my mic any more due to the constant racism/screaming/singing etc on Xbox live.
I do like wearing headphones when playing games though as they sound amazing especially on the horror/fps games

I'm thinking of purchasing a pair as I want to get into playing online more with my mates and not just random lobbies. I've been recommended the sets made by Turtle Beach, although they're pretty expensive.

I have a set of Turtle Beach but to be honest they're crap when playing with friends because you can never hear them. If your're playing alone then theres nothing better, even when using them to watch a TV show such as sky sports news I can hear all the randoms talking in the background.
Turtle Beach = Pretty beast for being a pro single player gamer, but stick to a simple cheap brand if you wanna talk to your mates. I prefer the shitty £9.99 set you get outta Asda
