Do they think theyre announcing a train arriving,or a supermarket special offer!? This is terrible form from the channel producers who obviously have no faith in the quality of the audio these days!
(Or the speech of the girls! 
) Just speak normally please babes!

Have you noticed that they nearly always start their "on mic" speach with "Well"
