Musical links - RavenMater - 30-05-2011 10:52 Played this at a rather drunken party, when trying to pick some music. As long as there is a link, no matter how tenuous, the list goes on. One of our links was 'Eric Clapton - Layla was about George Harrison's Wife, George Harrison was in The Beatles', it is strange how varied the type of music becomes through the links. I'll start to give you an example of what I mean... L.A.Guns were briefly fronted by Axl Rose, who also fronted Guns'n'Roses. In 2006 Gary and his brother Markus Cherone created their own tribute band to THE WHO,called Slip Kid. Qek Junior the German electronic band took their name from the eponymous caravan.
