Hi, can anyone suggest a programme for copying mkv. files to playable DVD
i tried one called MKV Video 2DVD but playback on my TV was realy jumpy i want something that will keep the same quality of the origonal video file
any suggestions??

Both ConvertXtoDVD & WinAVIVideoConverter should work, but I'm not possitive it will keep the sound in sync with the second one.
I'm sure there are others, but I haven't tried them, as I don't work with MKV files that often.

i use convertxtodvd. it's lightweight, easy to navigate and efficient at what it does.

Thanks guys i just got this programme convertxtodvd and converted a file with no problems.
great picture quality, same as the original file.

They above one's are primarily used to create files ready for burning to DVD. But WinAVIVideoConverter will do it, if you have the codec. But I would recommend using VLC Media Player to convert to mp4, as it's pretty good at converting any format to mp4.

hi, does anyone know any good programmes for converting large .MOV files to other formats such as avi , mpg or mp4 without loosing any video quality?
