RE: Help with filesharing - TheWatcher - 02-02-2009 17:04 steven6 Wrote:how long should it take to upload a 540mb file? It took me just over 20 minutes to upload a 70MB file to megaupload this afternoon. It always seems to be about 50KB per second upload. My download speed can be up to 500KB per second. I am not registered with megaupload. I know upload speeds are slower than download, thats where the asymetric part of ADSL comes from but dont know if it should be 10 times slower or not. Limitation could be megaupload site or my ISP. RE: Help with filesharing - steven6 - 03-02-2009 11:53 how do u upload to megaupload RE: Help with filesharing - moron50 - 03-02-2009 12:23 Rapidshare is OK, but I've never got above 30Kb./sec as an upload speed & max. file size is 200 Mb. per session (that'd take 2 hours or so). Generally reliable though. |
