Anyone help,BBC I Player plays perfectly for me,but ITV Player constantly breaks up,is there any way i can improve on this,i am using the wireless G router supplied by my provider.

Try using Google Chrome to watch webstreams & broardcasts. I find it's a lot smother at doing so than say IE or Firefox. Otherwise, make sure both* your flash plugin's are as up-to-date as possible.
* Adobe & Macromedia.

Thanks Ace,but i am already using Chrome which automatically updates Adobe.

I use chrome to, but have also found trouble using ITV player, I just came to the conclusion it is shit.

it was shit from the moment it 1st came online. just like the rest of itv.
bbc iplayer is the best one followed by 4od, channel 5 then itv. dont know about skyplayer.
