Aspect Ratio Settings? - StanTheMan - 18-11-2011 20:10 Have any other Sky subscribers noticed a few channels showing stuff in the wrong ratio lately? Friends on Comedy Central suddenly looks stretched when before all was fine, and there's a couple of the babeshows that look distorted too. I have a bog-standard widescreen flatscreen (32") and when I checked my Sky settings noticed I had it set to 4:3L. Presuming this to be wrong and thinking I'd found the problem, I changed it to 16:9, but nothing really changed. I then checked my tv settings which are set correctly at 16:9. What gives? RE: Ratio settings? - terence - 18-11-2011 20:16 have a little read here: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/showthread.php?t=1546234 RE: Ratio settings? - wodenssun - 18-11-2011 20:16 (18-11-2011 20:10 )StanTheMan Wrote: Have any other Sky subscribers noticed a few channels showing stuff in the wrong ratio lately? Up until then everything was fine, and I hadn't touched by settings until now. Just had a quick scan through that thread, Terence, and I now see where my problem lies. Thanks. |
