That's weird, I downloaded it earlier and it worked fine and the link seems fine still, gives you a countdown to download and everything...give it another try, (for me

I think the fault is with the website as opposed to the link - probably a case of too many simultaneous connections. It's similar to the SQL server faults I see on our servers at work, which happen when we upload data in large batches, then try to run other applications from the same server at the same time.
