Do you make paper aeroplanes? - archibald cockfoster - 28-02-2012 23:32 Do you make paper aeroplanes? Last Sunday a potential world record was set by Joe Ayoob in Sacramento, California. Ayoob tossed a paper aeroplane a remarkable 226 feet 10 inches and if verified by Guinness World Records, which had a representative on hand, the flight will shatter the existing record of 207 feet 4 inches, set by Stephen Kreiger in 2003. Ayoob said "I grew up making paper airplanes. I used to make paper airplanes and throw them all the way home from school when I was little. So it was kind of up my alley. I thought it was a cool idea. Some people might think, 'What's the big deal? It's just a paper airplane.' But it's a world record."
