Nope.

If you have a fairly new flat screen there should be a connection. If not then a new tv, if possible??

Easy enough to show laptop on tv screen... much more difficult to record onto dvd

I've been thinking about a new tv, but I have a top-of-the-range Sony from their last CRT series which cost an arm and a leg only a few years ago and is still in perfect working order, so it's difficult to justify the expense.

Ordinarily I might consider moving it to the bedroom, but it's the size and weight of a small battle tank.
