Quite right, Pete!! I thought I'd seen her before as well but she used to be a blonde with shorter hair and that's what threw me. She was on Chatgirl towards the end of last year:

I have to confess to not being much of a fan of this new girl. To look at her you'd think she was on the show by force. Doesn't really seem interested or that bothered about enticing callers.
