The game will run on the Kojima Productions' proprietary FOX Engine. Hideo Kojima said "About Metal Gear Solid 5, I can tell you two things. There will be much question of infiltration, espionage, and convincing people to give you 'a favor' like in the last Metal Gear Solid," Kojima told IG Magazine. It will be some time before we here more details on this game as the other Metal Gear with is being prepared for a 2013 release he hasn't confirmed who will be in it but its gotta be Solid Snake lets hope his better from his last outing lol.
