Some of you might have already heard and if you haven't please read.

Amanda Rendall is doing a 8 day 100 mile run and 800 mile cycle from John O'Groats To Lands End (The Length Of Great Britain) Starting from 2nd August 8am to 9th August 2012. For Male Cancer Awareness
