The high court has ruled that Abu Hamza can be extradited to the USA and face charges of terrorism.
I was wondering what you think about this case, such as the length of time to extradite, expense to the taxpayer, should he have spent years in a UK jail without being found guilty of a crime on UK soil? e.t.c
Although he can now be extradited, I won't believe this is over until he has actually been removed.

Good, should have gotten rid of him ages ago, but thanks to f***ing human rites bollocks he is still here hopefully it is at an end though.

I thought I'd also like to make you all fully aware that under the extradition laws that Abu Hamza cannot be given the death penalty, whether he deserves it or not is neither here nor there. The UK no longer practices it so it is forbidden and cannot be extradited to the USA, I hope they lock him up and throw away the key.
