Yep, VLC plays most things. Just d/l it to test myself and it doesn't play sound in any of three media players I've tried, including VLC. Its just an .mp4 so all I can guess is that the vid doesn't have a soundtrack.

VLC does not support the AMR sound codec without recompilation (license not compatible), you could try MPC Home Cinema, possibly with a suitable codec pack or download the converted video file below.

The quality is crap as my omnia just hates everything!
It worked in windows media player classic for me, i have the k lite codec pack downloaded. It wouldn't work in anything else.
