Hey guys,
Just a quick message to say I am sorry that I haven't replied to PM's in the past week, or fulfilled all my moderating duties. I am not just ignoring you guys, I have been busy.
The reason being, is down to work and personal reasons - I have just got a promotion (hopefully) and I will be having to partake in training for the next 3 months or so. Hopefully I will be back posting as soon as possible, even next week.
If I am still not managing to get on here as often as I would like to and if it is OK with admin. I think I will step down as being a moderator, since this place isn't getting the moderating from my side it deserves.
We will have to wait and see.

Congrats on the promotion if it goes through.
I think this site is only going to get busier though, so is going to need commitment from its moderators. If you can't really find the time it's probably better to say so, and I'm sure admin will fully understand.
Peoples' circumstances can always change and it you have to step down you wouldn't be letting anyone down, as you would clearly be doing the best thing for the interests of the site.
