To apply to become a babe channel capper, you need to write to former ABA light-middleweight boxing champion Herol "Bomber" Graham and ask for permission. If he accepts your application, he'll visit your house the following Wednesday and punch you square in the face and balls. If you still want to continue, you can then begin capping.
Alternatively, read the tutorial in the Tech Zone and have at it.

Watch the stream, save the image any way you know how, upload it, post it. It's surprisingly simple.
Really, what sorry excuse of a forum would require its members to apply to be cappers? Have you heard of anything more ridiculous?
