The End of the Road - shylok - 13-07-2013 15:16

Tragic isn't it.

Saturday afternoon and Studio66 are showing rolling adverts on all 4 of its channels whilst Lucy takes a well earned break. Clearly, they cant justify employing 4 girls due to the lack of business. This is caused by lack of calls. This is caused by such extreme OFCOM censorship that the telephone wankers are getting bored shit-less.

I predict a few channels going under and soon...

Amen

RE: The End of the Road - Rammyrascal - 13-07-2013 15:50

eh? what are you on about. studio66 rarely has 4 girls on during the dayshow. usually 3 girls or as has been the case today 2 girls. cara brett has also been on today and finished at 3pm because she did the breakfast show too. hollie sparrow was supposed to have been on today but for some reason isn't on. if s66 do have 4 girls then usually one babe will do 10am-4pm and another babe will do 4pm-9pm. so it is 3 babes on screen and one channel doing ads

also how do you know s66 is having a lack of calls and business today, do you have access to their stats for today? if there is a lack of calls and business it's probably down to the fact that some people who normally call the shows or download pics & vids will be out enjoying the lovely weather today and not down to Ofcom.

nothing tragic at all and definitely doesn't indicate several channels going under soon. they will all be around for a while yet and not the end of the road just yet

Steady Rammy, the guy is just making a comment. Ofcom and the wankers in power are the reason we are all feeling the pinchSad

Shylok the end of the road came a long time ago as far as I am concerned. It is beyond my comprehension how people can still watch these programmes and get any sort of satisfaction from them. And for people to stay up all night and watch the same girls doing exactly the same tame uninspired shows night after night after night with not one iota of passion or interest really is incredible. I would love to know why they waste so much valuable time burning the midnight oil and beyond just for a few seconds of shooting their load whilst being accompanied by the sound of early morning birdsong. My explanation is this, that ofcom have won their battle in convincing present day devotees that this is what they are going to get, and those same said viewers have accepted it as "good enough". For two years I have expected the bottom to fall out of these rank bad programmes, But they are still here taking phone calls off the most gullible of our society.

agree with you soc about Ofcom and "the wankers in power" but im disagreeing with shylok saying theyre responsible for what's happening on s66 today

IMHO the instance of the genre we currently 'enjoy' has gone into meltdown. Its just soooooooo fucking boring. Its painful to watch.

What possible commercial sense can there be in running 4 satellite channels showing the same adverts (simultaneously)?

I agree with RA and I also do think were going to see causalities before long - the status quo is just not sustainable.

Defend them all you want to, but this is my view. Rammy said, "but i'm disagreeing with shylok saying they're responsible for what's happening on s66 today". I bet you any money with less OFCOM interference and rules the channels would do far better (they would have all 4 channels on with full content 24/7 ultimately). So OFCOM are responsible in that respect.

Thanks

Shylok

I agree with Rammy Rascal, if S66 business was bad then they would have lots of Girls on screen shaking phones, trying to generate calls and create an income.

while i understand your point, its been the hottest day of the year, why do you want to stay in watching this crap anyway?

Not forgetting that 99.5% of the country is skint at the moment.

Almost poetical.
