As usual the nominees will be announced on The One Show tonight. Here's my attempt:

Fancy either Murray, Froome, Farah or McCoy to win the award.

You know I kinda forgot about Murray winning Wimbledon but with all this talk today of Scottish Independence I got the asshole so still want Farah or just about anybody else to win!

Murray should walk it, but given the dodgy choices in recent years, I wouldn't be surprised if it's McCoy.
