The Flash - *Kal-El* - 25-01-2014 14:05
Looks like two actors have joined the Arrow spin off "The Flash", Deadline reports that Rick Gosnett ("The Vampire Diaries") and Danielle Panabaker (Friday the 13th) are set to star as Central City Police Detective Eddie Thawne and S.T.A.R. Labs bioengineer Caitlin Snow, respectively. Thawne is better known as Professor Zoom/Reverse Flash, the name has been slightly changed from Eobard Thawne to Eddie Thawne and Caitlin Snow is better known as the villain Killer Frost. This added to cast with Grant Gustin as Barry Allen and Jesse L. Martin as Detective West, co-creators Greg Berlanti and Andrew Kreisberg who, along with Geoff Johns, will write the pilot episode with "Arrow/Smallville" pilot director David Nutter at the helm.

Just been reading that Sky are keeping a eye out on the series depending on how well the show goes on in the states then they'll be buying it up.

Actor Tom Cavanagh is joining the cast of The Flash he will be playing STAR Labs CEO Harrison Wells the character was mentioned in the "Arrow" mid-season finale, "Three Ghosts".

Actor John Wesley Shipp will be joining the cast of The flash, Shipp who you will remember played Barry Allen aka The Flash in the 90's Flash series. His role is being kept a close secret, i wonder if its the other speedster Jay Garrick

Actor Patrick Sabongui has been cast as Central City Police Captain David Singh, a character created by Geoff Johns and Francis Manapul in the third volume of The Flash back in 2010. If the pilot is picked up as a series his character could be a recurring.
