.mov files (equivalent mpeg bit-rates) ? - moron50 - 27-03-2014 17:09 I have a few batches of .mov files, which ideally I'd like to convert to standard, mpeg2 format. I can more or less establish the bit-rate of the .mov(s), but can anyone tell me how to calculate the equivalent mpeg2 bit-rate. So for example; .mov file @ 1850kbps = ????kbps in mpeg2 format. I'm guesstimating that it's around the 5000-mark. Any help would be appreciated. Ta. Edit - the .mov files are typically made up as follows: Video = H264 mpeg-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1) Audio = PCM S16 LE (sowt) ....if that helps at all.
