Had go into Hospital at 4.30am chest pains and dizzyness, i blacked out that morning and i thought i would rest off i would be ok thats when later that night i had the chest pains. Its mostly to do with my Diabetes and High Blood Pressure and of course stress, it didn't help as i was wired up in bed and stuff that my mate tells me to fuck, long story there but am ok by the grace of god.
