Colin Vearncombe aka Black (1962 - 2016) RIP - mr williams - 26-01-2016 20:24 The English singer-songwriter Colin Vearncombe has died at the age of 53 following injuries sustained in a car crash two weeks ago. He had a number of hits in the late 1980s under the name "Black". He had his first top 10 hit in 1986 with "Sweetest Smile" and the following year "Wonderful Life" became a huge hit all across Europe, eventually selling more than 2 million copies worldwide. My older sister had everything he did when were growing up and she played it constantly.Great memories. So awful to loose someone so young and talented.
