I love Ricky as a fighter, and was even there on his greatest night - against Tsu, but his tactics were all wrong for this fight.
He spoke about using the jab, but instead just threw those same old predictable looping shots, while leaving himself completely open.
And what the fuck was Mayweather senior thinking, training Ricky against orthodox fighters when Pacquiao is a southpaw? Don't get me wrong, Pacquiao is a great fighter, with power and hand speed, but the whole training camp was wrong.
It's time for Ricky to hang up the gloves, he's been great, but there is no where to go from here - its sad really, but his lifestyle has not helped.
I just hope if Pacquiao fights Mayweather, he fucks him up, I'd love to see Mayweather put on his ass.

i didnt think ricky would win but am very surprised in the manner that he lost. Its time to go now still on a high after a brilliant career.
Would love to see Pacquiao v Mayweather to see who really is pound for pound king.

Its funny, the first KO Paquiuao put hatton down with the same punch Mayweather put him down with, the check hook.

I wouldn't disagree with you, but I would give Manny a chance - he just seems to be getting better and better all the time, and his power just seems to follow him as he moves up the weights.
It would be a great fight, and Freddie Roach is a genius - so I'm sure he would have a plan for dealing with Floyd's awkwardness.
