The best Chase ever. It wasn't a contest.
But the Marilyn Monroe lookalike, who was falling out of her dress, made the programme palatable.

Tonight's last contestant's goal was to get a gold (effect) referees whistle.

She got 2 questions correct and took a minus 11 thousand from the 27,000 bank.

She got back easily and could have gone for the 64,000 high offer.

In the final she got 1 question correct, and 1 wrong but the two guys managed to get a good total which the chaser failed to reach.

If I was the guys I would share the total between themselves and just give her the £50 for a new referees whistle. That's all she deserved.

There was a time when the show would be listed on the tv planner as New (Series) they gave the series and program numbers, but not always in the correct order. Then instead of showing a run of repeats they started mixing in old shows in the new series. You could check the series episodes on the planner, but now they've stopped that. The only way of knowing what is new or old now is if you can remember a contestant or question, notice Bradley has a different hairstyle, or since the pandemic a giveaway is that the Beast is getting thinner.

Yes I agree, I saw that in tonight's episode. Thought it was a bit disrespectful from her to say a gold whistle after taking the minus to make it easy to get back. bladewave

Anyone who takes a minus offer should be put up against the wall and shot at the end of the show. Viewing figures would go through the roof laugh
