Yea sure is. Just to let you know that all our mail is opened including letters and presents. Any personal numbers and emails addresses are rubbed out. I was told this as I complained as all my stuff kept getting opened and its due to the fact that some viewers were sending weriod things into us and its for our safety.
The address above that I stated isnt the address of were the studios are but where the post gets sorted for us.
