makes me sick that he and his wife are pressing ahead with a £10m home renovation yet he is doing very little to plug the pension pots of BHS workers I hope eventually somehow the Treasury and Pension ombudsman will finally nail the pair of them and they spend the rest of their lives behind bars

I would exercise caution here, there is no actual evidence yet so you can't condemn someone without proof-I hate him as much as the next man for what he did to BHS etc but we still live in a country where you are innocent until proven guilty.

^^ according to the telegraph story all the 5 woh made allegations went through the HR dept and were all fully investigated and then were offered money as long as they signed an NDA. what that says is they investigated it and the lawyers thought if it went to tribunal they would lose and it was better to shut them up
