They haven't said when exactly it will be released but sometime during this summer, and I would hedge at either July/August time
but nice design but not too keen on colour could have been maybe a little darker

Passed a bookies today with messages in the window saying "We still take old £10 notes" and I thought "I bet you bloody do..."

Bank Of England will accept old tenners indefinitely........
