Yeah total shock.
the number of great films he has been in thought. Twister is one of my favorites
but even recently playing Garrett in Agents of Shield and voiceover of a characther in Call of Duty Advanced warfare Exo zombie game

Always liked bill Paxton he was a vastly underrated actor. As rpj316 said he was great in Near Dark, one of the best vampire movies ever.

Really shocked of the news of death he made some great films like Aliens, Twister, Terminator, True Lies, Apollo 13, Predator 2 and the classic Weird Science He was a versatile talented actor he could do serious and funny roles, for me he'll be sadly missed R.I.P Bill.

This news makes me sad
Loved him in Aliens, and enjoyed his stint in Agents Of Shield, but for me his best performance was Chet in Weird Science, the brother from hell who turned out to be a saviour.

I'd forgotten about weird Science but think I loved him in Twister and Apollo 13 I'm sure there will be a small tribute to him at the Oscars tonight
