Under no circumstances can I support this Tory policy.
They're looking after the wealthy again and implementing policies which are damaging to the natural world. There's so few elephants left in Africa it's frightening. Their decline simply cannot be allowed to continue.
It's similar to a policy previously introduced by the Conservatives when they pledged to preserve more green belt land. Since then in fact my local MP (Tory Gavin Williamson) has overseen more housing projects which has destroyed even more green belt in my area.
So fed up with Tory lies.

Sorry just because it doesnt mention an outright ban of ivory doesnt mean they are going to drop the whole thing. Cameron was a dickhead he put a lot of stuff in the last manifesto that bit him on the ass because he thought theres no way we will get a majority Ivory was prob one of them along with the brexit referendum
its like fox hunting even if they do have another vote it will prob be a non whipped one and the ban will remain because the public wont like it and the majority of tory mp's who are townies and not toffs will vote against it
