New Babe Web Show - Ideas Please! - Project-Babe - 20-05-2018 13:46
Hey Guys!
We would like your ideas and suggestions!
We are in the process of creating a new Babe Web Show. Although we have a rough idea of it's name and brand, let's just call it Project Babe for now.
There are several Babe Web Shows around at the moment - such as some Babestation channels, Red Light Central, Live Sex Latinas, iBabe and BabeX etc and they all do great shows.
We know that sometimes shows can be hard to watch due bad lighting and poor quality cams. We think we have these areas sorted with the tech we plan to use. And if the babes internet speeds are not decent, sadly she wont be shown. We want to have some minimum standards!
We have some ideas of our own, but we would like to hear WHAT and WHO you would like to see on Project Babe. After all you are the guys going to watching and calling.
Thoughts list
- Which Models?
- Show times? Morning, Afternoons, Evening? Everyday or Friday to Sunday?
- Fresh new faces from Europe/America or just British Babes
- How long each model shows? 2-3 hours or longer?
- When you do call, do you prefer paying by phone or credit card?
- Do you prefer to buy credits in bulk or pay as you go.
- Different prices per min for how well known the model is?
- What's your Views on Perv Cams - How to make them better?
- Other services and options?
We would really like to hear your views on the above ideas and your views on where all babe shows can improve.

I won't go on and on about stuff. But for me what's missing on all the shows for such a long time. Is girls that actually move around and ain't just laying down on a bed or sitting in a chair snooping at there iphone etc...
Have the girls actually move around standing etc would be a bonus rather than same thing across the other two main channels. Also interaction would be good having them have a laugh and joke interact with the viewers.
I don't watch the shows much now tbh never a night show. Flick on the day shows now and again yes but never end up watching longer than 10mins as it's stale.

I think this should be your number one priority, as I've given up on webshows of poor quality picture. It doesn't really matter to me who's on, even if it's a big favourite of mine, because if it turns out to be a poor picture I won't bother to stay around and watch.

- Which Models? - well this all depends on how much you are paying as to who you can get, as you are going to be a web cam from home show i would guess you will be around the industry standard for these type of shows a small appearance fee then a % based on the number of minutes they get, this will stop you getting "big names" you expect a set large fee like they would get on tv, so you are then looking for girls who already do cam shows and there is not as many as you may think interested in this type of work
- Show times? Morning, Afternoons, Evening? Everyday or Friday to Sunday? - i guess you are looking to do a minimum of boobs out shows so you need to aim for the afternoon slot, this is some thing RLC has tested, the people who call that type of show are sleeping in the morning and phoning there fave tv girls at night so you need to be the warmup to the night shows to get the best numbers, to get calls early or at night you need harder content things like GG shows that tv cant do,
- Fresh new faces from Europe/America or just British Babes - i guess you will be using American girls you already know from cam shows but you cant use to many as you need girls people know to get them to look at your show in the first place then introduce new girls,
- How long each model shows? 2-3 hours or longer? - no more than 4 hours as you will find that its hard to get girls who will work long shows from home as one of the main reasons they are not on tv is they dont want to do long shifts, moving to 6 hours has not helped babex at all
- When you do call, do you prefer paying by phone or credit card? - phone just for the easiness of it
- Do you prefer to buy credits in bulk or pay as you go. - depends if you are on or not as a lot of people on there like to buy bulk
- Different prices per min for how well known the model is? - i disagree with this, people dislike being asked to pay extra for things like this, its almost a tax on well know girls and can see this stopping them getting the number of calls she should and people really going against it
- What's your Views on Perv Cams - How to make them better? - i just dont think it really works on web based shows as people watching them generally expect to see some more for free, the girl really needs to be naughty and it needs to be praised at a level that people think is fair,
- Other services and options? - if you are not on rampant then things like a call back service (something rampant dont allow) could work very well

We like new faces but how about bring out some of the more mature girls

i believe its going to be a webcam show from the girls home like babex so this is not going to happen mate, guess its all about keeping costs down,

Thanks for at least bothering to reach out. That's a good sign that you might already know what you're about. It's a splendid first step. Kudos.
First off read the other posts in this thread again. And probably every other post on this subject ever written on this board.
Yeah sure guys want a free lunch from the babeshows but that's no valid reason on its own for demissing all the information that the posts contain. This forum is a roadmap of your audiences wants and needs; you just need to weed out the dead ends. There are an untapped multitude of potential and partly disengaged punters, like Trickster? who are invested in the shows but don't spend or who should be spending more but aren't. Find a way to make the stuff that's repeated time and again on here profitable is surely key.Also make your stuff of a quality (i.e. not cheap looking) that is worth just looking at whether guys are about to spend or no. Popular may equal some freeloading but try maximising profitability without that.
Your questions in order:
• Sorry to be facetious but good ones. Ones that are prepared to work hard and consistently to inspire guys to take part and provide value for the punter's money when they do. Ones that have empathy and don't look down on their customers.
It's probably time to move away from the baggage of some of the old guard don't you think? How many times can the same old babes rotate around the channels and still be appealing to largely the same crowd of guys?
• Fri to Sun at first? Don't run before you can walk though - no-shows create a very bad impression. Course this is when more babes don't want to work - so whenever you can get those babes that fulfill answer one working as a sure thing would perhaps be most pertinent.
• Utterly unimportant (to me at least). Just good ones. I'd avoid porn actresses personally (what's the point if you've seen it from every angle doing everything before) but some callers like them.
• For as long as you can get them to work to those goals in answer one. But variation of content across different types of shows and durations is good. Anything away from the routine.
• I have only cammed (but don't pigeonhole your customers is another good maxim)... Card for me; but offer as many ways as you feel are viable. Flexibility in any payment method is always great.
• In bulk (or even subscription) would be the way to go for me - especially if you can offer an incentive for me to do so. Poor VFM is massive to stopping user investment in the shows.
• Great idea. But different prices for different levels of content (visual and audio) might be another way to look at it? [EDITED to add re. winsaw's concern: Everything would have to be set in consultantion with each individual babe. Other operators already allow babes to set different cam rates.]
• Picture quality obviously as you say. But one thing I can't stress enough with pervecam is that its appeal is partly based on the surreptitious 'getting away' with stuff whilst a babe is on TV. It doesn't work half as well on web-only feeds for me, because it's too plain that the babe could be showing all she has regardless. In other words you're foregrounding the idea of the monetary transaction in guy's minds - never a good idea for the suspension of disbelief that facilitates interaction.
At least maintain interest by only using them sporadically and wisely. Build towards their use each time.
Best used by babes that are known for teasing more on your main feed obviously.
• I'd rather see a focus on (in addition to the main caller based feed) either short pre-paid only, content heaviest, 'special' shows, and/or fta versions with tipping encouraged instead, as opposed to too much pervecam. Caller based 2-4-1s is something the babeshows seem to have almost forgotten how to do properly and fairly. Bring them back as regularly as you can do them right.
Advertise everything accurately for content. Build anticipation for all you do. Publish a schedule for everything a few days in advance and really try to stick to it.
More viable babeshows can never be a bad thing, so good luck to you.

Which Models? Personally, for me it should be a mix of established names and new faces. British or American/ would like to see some American models but I feel many would be happy with seeing British

Start slowly so that it gives you the time you will need to build your fan base and roster and feel starting with just weekends from say Friday to Sunday the slowly expand days as your fan base grows.

How long each model shows? 2-3 hours or longer? I suggest that you take a look at other stations, schedules and plan your shows to slot in when the babes they use have their breaks or they are on cam so that your babes can keep viewers interest

Pay only when you call & also reasonable prices for credit packages

Would feel it is best to start with a set price per min then as you get established tweak with prices then

I feel that the Perv cam you are prepared to offer has to be something different from the established stations

Sets
The sets that you are to offer have to be different and also have the models interacting instead of being static
This has long been the bug bear for many of us forum members with some of the established stations/show/channels and they have never taken any of our suggestions on board & it would be good that you that you can spend time on the forum interacting so that we can make suggestions or offer new ideas.
Outfits
Feel that each babe should at least (depending on the length of the babes’ shift) I would say a minimum of 2 changes of outfits per shift
Special theme shows
Probably once every few months do a special themed show
