Just switched to 960 and the caption says
Listen to Abbey Live
You can hear her side of the Call...not sure if this is what they meant by caption
Usually you have to Phone in and press a button
Cock Up or new Marketing Ploy.... or is it just staged ..working to a script,,who knows...........
