Nothing Like a Dame-legendary, brilliant idea, executed so well you'd actually sit there and think "surely Michael Aspel didn't just do that?" Maxim was a genius and he worked with two geniuses too. They'll never be another. Shirley Bassey wearing a giant boot with her beautiful dress is inspired and good on her for playing along straight-faced.
