Generally I believe some sort of awards are made at the end of the year rewarding forum members for their participation in the forum.
As I won't be here to vote when any such nominations or votes become open, I wonder if it is possible for me now to nominate:
GreenMachine for the Most Interesting Thread, "Fascinating Facts & Trivia."
As a triviaholic, this is certainly one thread I have enjoyed over the last few weeks / months.
The saying your'e never to old to learn is certainly true with this thread, so many little snippets of info that you would not normally come across.
One thread I will definitely miss in the next couple of months.
Mods, if such a thread does exist please move where appropriate, thanks.

Great idea, I'd like to nominate this thread as it gave me a nice teatime chuckle.
As for Thread of the Millennium, should be a toss up between big dude's pussy and the late lamented "A-Z of Sheds and Outhouses"
I thought I'd get my nominations in early in case Rammy and babefan2012 ban me for comparing Mia Yasmin to a fly-tipped chest freezer.

I'm usually quite good at hidden meanings, being a cryptic crossword fan, but this time youv'e lost me.

Just remembered something talking about crosswords.
Many, many years ago, I was in a branch of WH Smith, looking at railway mags, and I overhead this lady ask an assistant where the crossword books were.
When said assistant became free, I walked upto her and said "You should have told her 3 down and 1 across".
Needless to say she hadn't got a clue what I was on about.
True that, not a joke.
