1 ex - Soldier will be charged on 2 counts of murder and 4 counts of attempted murder in relation to the Bloody Sunday shootings in 1972.
16 soldiers and two alleged IRA members in the area will not be charged due to insufficient evidence of which would not bring a possible prosecution.
