I cant fault her for looking sexy but when topless is allowed but its being restricted you sort of feel whats the point? Because they must struggle for calls i don't care what people say. A choice between babe a) topless or babe b) non topless who are you more likely to phone? She cant keep callers because they'll ask get your boobs out and which she replies sorry i cant or won't. equals hang up.
