After what he has done, I don't think the parole board should ever consider him for release.
Along with fellow killer Robert Thompson, he was granted lifelong anonymity once they were released from custody - Thompson has never been heard of again. and ha been back in prison tice for child porn convictions.
If he is released he should be released not in this country but on a desert island uninhabited where he is no harm, to no one and left there.
But he should never be released into a community where children may be at risk.
He should in my opinion be left to rot in jail
