Open leg with panties, far more sexier. Closed leg nude is just restricting and boring. Open leg with panties allows for the occasional slippage of the area around the lips and depending on what type the babe is wearing you can almost make out the pussy.

Plus, open legs are inherently inviting, while closed are forbidding. The psychology makes a difference.
