One of Britain's ATG racing drivers had great timing and skill that the like of Sir Jackie Stewart and James Hunt obviously learnt from. the greatest motor racing legend never to win a world championship 90 is amazing age considering what he did and risked his life at the same time.
Condolences to all and RIP Sir Stirling we thank you for what you did for British motor racing.

Yet he never won the Formula1 title. He came 2nd four times and 3rd three times.
But he was a true legend. When driving too fast, my mum would always say to me "Who do you think that you are Stirling Moss"

Considering he spent a month in a coma in 1962 after a crash, he lived to a very good age.
A true British sporting legend.

Best F1 driver never to win World Championship...he was unlucky to be driving in the same era as the best racing F1 driver of all time Juan Manuel Fangio.
