DONT WATCH UNLESS YOU WANT THE WHOLE FILM SPOILED

i think this might be the stupidest horror film trailer in history. the whole reason to watch these films is because they follow a simple formula. its not about them maybe surviving. its about how they will die. we see here the intro disaster and we pretty much see all the deaths. i never watched the trailers for the previous films but i can't believe they would have as many spoilers as this one.

i think the series as a whole is quite good. the opening motorway crash on the second film was very scary and well done and on the other hand the rollercoaster opening to number three was quite shit due to rubbish cgi.

So Sayeth The Master...

I should've taken your warning more seriously! Damn, what a dumbass trailer.

I liked the first two films, but not so much the third one, the death scenes weren't anywhere near as spectular as those in part 2 (the fence post scene springs to mind). Assuming it hasn't just been totally spolied, this one might be quite good!

Useless trivia: Did you know the first one started out as an episode of The X-Files? Glen Morgan and James Wong were two of the most imaginative writers on that show, but for whatever reason this episode idea didn't come to fruition, so they turned it into a film instead. You can clearly tell the FBI agents were supposed to be Mulder and Scully!
